Converted Documents Reference Report is an Excel spreadsheet containing the crosswalk for the FIMA to CBS AP conversion (automated only).
In the report, you will find the FIMA Document Type and FIMA Document Number as well as its corresponding converted CFS Obligation Document Number(s) (FM042), Estimated Accrual ID(s) (PM050), and Invoice Transaction Number(s) (PM003).
The "Y" and "N" indicators identify if the document is approved or not. Only open estimated accruals and invoices appear in the report.
The Conversion Type column tells which conversion module restored/converted the document to CBS: "Reconciled" documents are those documents which were restored from CBS (they should appear as they did before the conversion); "Converted" documents are those documents which were converted from FIMA to CBS based on information in FIMA, NPS 2000, and pre-determined default values; "Grants Extract" documents are those documents which were previously converted from NGS/FIMA or entered in CBS.
You should be able to read the document from left to right.

NOAA Re-Org Crosswalk Report is an Excel spreadsheet detailing the NOAA re-organization that took place in conjunction with the FIMA to CFS conversion.
In the report, the FIMA_ACTDOC_ORG column indicates the Organization Code from FIMA ACTDOC. The Converted_CFS_ORG column indicates the CFS Organization Code that would have resulted under the current ACCS conversion rules. The Correct_CFS_ORG column indicates the CFS Organization Code that the Line Offices requested as a result of the NOAA re-organization. If the Correct_CFS_ORG column is not populated, the value in the Converted_CFS_ORG column was used. Finally, the NOAORG_PRIOR_ORG_CODE column indicates the FIMA Organization Code that existed prior to the value in the FIMA_ACTDOC_ORG column.
