Welcome to NOAA's Privacy Act Review tutorial. This tutorial describes the background and actions NOAA Line Offices, Staff Offices, Program Offices, and Administrative Support Centers must take to ensure compliance with President Clinton's mandated Privacy Act review. The review requires that all NOAA offices review existing systems of records, notify the NOAA Privacy Act Officer if any new systems are required, and to conduct a review of their web sites to ensure that they contain Privacy Act statements.
